Learn how to get a perfect fit and how to action the alterations In this session I will show you how to turn a dress form into a copy of your body in shape, size and proportions. Then how to make a garment fit, how to transfer that to the pattern and how to sew the alterations. Materials provided but please bring the following: Sewing machine and basic equipment, a paper pattern and a toile you want to get fitted, spare fabric, Included in the price is a dress form suitable for the class which you will be using to replicate your measurements. This will make fitting for yourself so much easier. Please provide your bust, waist and hip measurement. There is a choice of dress form colourways. Black, white or dark wood stand Black, white or cream cover. Please advise on your choice when booking
