Service Description

A three day workshop to cover all the aspects to create a fly front trouser. Using either your own block or one of mine, you will make a pattern which incorporates the following: Fly front zip Waistband Belt loops Slant pocket Welt pocket Flat felled seams Buttonhole & button We will make a full toile once the pattern has been cut so you can master all aspects before tackling your own choice of fabric at home. Workshop includes: Thread Toile fabric Paper Please bring: Trouser block if you have one Set square and metre ruler ( we do have these to borrow or you can buy from the shop) Sewing machine Scissors Sewing equipment such as tape measure, pins, seam ripper etc By the end of the session you will have a pattern to make further garments and the toile to refer back to with the design details. Each day is 11am to 3pm
