Service Description

Have you created your own bodice or trouser block and now wish to take the next step and make your pattern for your unique design. This workshop will guide you to make a pattern from your personal sized block. You will make a toile and we will then tweak the fit, adjust the pattern, ready for you to stitch your final garment. Numbers will be small to ensure a fair share of my time. Bring your blocks, graders set square, metre ruler, toileing fabric. Also bring sewing machine, sewing tools like scissors, pins, tape measure. Most importantly bring your design idea. It can be a sketch, or an image you have admired. You may wish to combine a few ideas into one design. Either way, together we will have the beginnings of your new wardrobe by the end of the session.
