We all need time and space for some self care. Many can dedicate areas of their busy days to practice yoga, visit the gym or go for a run. For many such physical efforts are a chore and do not offer such mental relief from their daily stresses and trials. Hobbies and crafts are a fabulous way to engage hand and mind and carry yourself to a new plane of concentration. To find the time and space often is a real challenge. Balancing work and family and then to find extra 'spare' time proves to be impossible. I am offering an opportunity to give yourself 3 days of sewing within a luxury location with added pampering and relaxation. No phones, nothing to disturb except the sound of sewing machines. Fully catered with a wide choice of healthy but very delicious and substantial menus. A buffet breakfast, 3 course buffet lunch and 3 course dinner is included each day. Refreshments will also be available to sustain during the sewing process. No need to plan, shop or cook.......bliss. Surrounded by lush Hampshire countryside, Champneys Forest Mere has glorious walks for a nice breather between sessions. A selection of pools, tropical showers, steam and cold rooms on site to encourage a peaceful few days. You can book your stay with an optional 2 x 50 minute pamper appointments . Radiance Renewal Facial and Spa Heaven Cocoon. Or if you want to really want to treat yourself, book extra treatments including manicures, pedicures, holistic treats, massage and facials or just relax in a cosy corner with a book and drift away dreaming of your sewing project. I will add some demonstrations and hope to get some guest experts too. The sewing room overlooks the beautiful lake and will be accessible during your stay to sew as long or as little as you wish. I am a very experienced seamstress and will be in the studio between 10am and 3pm to offer advice and guidance if you would like some.
